o Sophomore Nick Tootalian, weighing in at 201 pounds, won the Division 3 District heavyweight title against an opponent nearly 70 pounds heavier.
o Junior team captain, Ciro Spigno, won the Catholic League 125-pound title, qualified for the state regional for the second year, and missed out on going to the state final by one match.
o Junior Dave Zelenock, in the 112-pound class, had the same fate as Spigno in state tournament action.
o As a team, the Eaglets lost the District championship by one point, 40-39, to Bloomfield Hills Lahser.
