Rev. Frank Reiss, an adjunct professor of Canon Law at SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary for the past eight years, was installed August 12 as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Detroit. Bishop Reiss, 62, was ordained in 1966. Since 1998, he served as pastor of St. Francis Cabrini Parish, Allen Park. He was inducted as an Honorary Alumnus of Orchard Lake in 1978.
