Reservations
are tentative for one month only. To confirm, send in
a nonrefundable deposit of $450, towards the $700 Wedding
Chapel fee, and the Use of the Chapel for Wedding Form.
Failure to do this will result in the immediate cancellation
of your tentative reservation. The remaining $150 is due
2 months before the wedding date. Please make checks payable
to: Orchard Lake Schools. A MAINTENANCE FEE MAY BE CHARGED
IF THE HOUR WEDDING TIME IS NOT RESPECTED AND IF THE PHYSICAL
CONDITION OF THE CHAPEL IS NOT LEFT AS IT WAS FOUND. FAILURE
TO PAY THE FEE IF REQUIRED, WILL RESULT IN A DELAY OF
THE LEGAL FILING OF THE WEDDING. Ask your priest or deacon
to send to this office, no later than 8 weeks before your
wedding, all necessary papers ( A Form, Updated Baptismal
Records, Pastor’s Permission, Marriage Class Certificate
and any needed dispensations). Failure to do this will
result in the immediate cancellation of your wedding at
The Shrine Chapel.
